Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours.
Shipping Locations
Currently, Beverz ships within India. We may expand shipping to other countries in the future.
If you are located outside our shipping zones, please contact us before placing an order.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
