At Beverz, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests within 3 Days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
A valid proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Personalized or custom-made products
Perishable goods
Personal care and hygiene items
Digital/downloadable products
Gift cards and promotional items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at beverz.store@gmail.com with your order information.
Once your request is approved:
You will receive return instructions
Items must be shipped within 2 Days of approval
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
4. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item:
You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 Business Days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
Please note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
The item received is defective or damaged
The wrong product was delivered
Exchange requests must be raised within 1 Day of delivery.
6. Shipping & Liability
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary
